I think you’ve misconstrued my reference, tin foil hat alludes to the embodiment of conspiracy theorists who by nature postulate theories to support their ideas, aka confirmation bias. Idk why the quality of the content on these forums are so base... is it the landscape of the sport? Or the demographic it attracts? But people need to be just a little more reserved in their emotions, because the things they purport just aren’t rooted in logic.

Look at all of the boxing champions on boxrec for the pst 30 years. Mexicans and their Chicano brothers have been dominating all combat sports. Especially boxing. Slavs can fight but they’re nowhere near as good as Mexicans. There not even close. Not even close.

There’s too much tribalism in boxing. It’s great to have pride in your heritage, but when you rate a boxers aptitude on a curve because of it, that’s called delusion. Ramirez didn’t run through 168, what makes you think he’ll do that at lhw? Especially after his lackluster debut at 175.

I don’t need to go through boxrec, I’ve watched their fights. Kovalev has the best resume at lhw by far. Gvozdyk has wins over solid guys like Chilemba, Gonzalez, and Stevenson albeit a version that’s a little over the hill. Bivol although still green has had quality wins over his last 4 opponents. I’ll concede that beterbiev has the weakest resume of the 4 champions.

Going life and death with Jessie hart twice who is now ranked at the bottom half of 175 is not a good look for Ramirez, to think he’d run through all of the top tier lhw is an uneducated guess. I guess his other half decent win was over an old shopworn Abraham... maybe you use that as an indicator of his potential...

Btw I’m not Slavic, I’m East Asian, also never been a blue collar worker. I don’t think you should take pride in your people having a monopoly on hard labor jobs. Maybe aspire to do something bigger and better than manual labor and have your own individual identity rather than a mob mentality. I know several Mexicans who have gone through doctorate programs, maybe take a cue from them.
