Who knows. I thought it was the other way around; that Matchroom would prefer a tune-up, but AJ wanted the immediate rematch.

Naw. Hearn needs those belts back ASAP. Can't have all the belts over at PBC.

Ruiz knew the location on Rogans podcast. Hearn is just making press.

Don't listen to AJ. He said he wanted it in MSG. He said he wanted $50 mil. Hearn is the Robot brain. Poor robot. A tune up, causing Andy harm in the process, is up Hearn's alley

It doesn't matter where you hold it because the street boy will always smash the pretty gym boy.

At this point hearn has to make sure AJ fights Ruiz before wilder does, or they will be simply left in the cold.
We have seen this before from these American snow flakes. Lewis had to go to court many times and Hearn will go to court if need be. Even Ruiz a nobody working at McDonalds before Joshua gave him a lifeline now has an attitude, typical American entitlement attitude. I really hope Joshua turns up and does a job on this guy, he was never humble but just poor.

Even humble people can change, Ruiz was on Joe rogan recently and how he was basically poor. Text Hearn and won the gold when others ran away from the challenge demanding heaven and earth. God humbles people in a lot of ways, maybe Joshua himself needed to be humbled and he got exactly that, we would see if Ruiz is heading into the same path.

Money doesn’t change people. It just empowers them to be what they have always wanted to be. You see whether people are good or bad when they have power to do what they want. Ruiz had nothing and he couldn’t do jack, now he has some money you can see his true colours.

Ruiz can then fight who he wants; However as we have seen when a boxer leaves a promoter still under contract for a new promoter they tend not to fight at all until it is settled. The rematch clause has been used before in boxing so why would Eddie Hearn have anything wrong in the contract, Ruiz will not be able to fight until it is settled: either he buys himself out of it or loses a percentage if AJ comes back to the US. Thus Ruiz losing one or two titles allows AJ back in by a safer route and still leaves the door open for rematch with Ruiz and fights with Wilder Fury etc. Ruiz is no doubt digging his heals in and Hearn wants the fight made: If he forces it to go ahead in UK Ruiz could well just refuse to fight but his titles will go, and he will make no money while he waits..
Huh? If aj takes a interim fight Ruiz can also.... rematch clause does not make Hearn Ruiz promoter, also if Ruiz is stripped of any of his titles aj is not ranked 1 or 2 for any of said titles so he gets no title fight at all.... Ruiz has more power than you think but he shouldn’t moan about fighting aj in the u.k he sparks him out again no matter where fight takes place
