Why is Canelo going through all of this not to fight GGG

Which is why I don't get why Canelo fans arent actively wanting this fight if they feel Canelo can win so easily again.

Yet you have canelo fans promising things that arent even true and using any excuse for Canelo to not fight GGG.

The diva's fans don't want the fight cause the diva don't want it.

canelo simply doesnt want to fight a guy who has done nothing to earn a fight with him and constantly runs his mouth "oh hes fighting khan wow"...then goes and fights brook....then cried about his drug test and still fought him and got his arse beat by him.....golovkin has become almost as annoying as his fans that constantly make excuses for him

He managed to come out undefeated in the 2 fights, and I think he's happy to take that and walk. I don't think he wants any part of GGG again. If they fought and he lost, they will have to go again a 4th time. I don't think Canelo wants 2 more tough fights with GGG.

The talk of him refusing to fight GGG because he doesn't like him just doesn't wash.

He's losing Mexican fight dates and willing to take pay cuts on other fights. It's pretty crazy.

Moving onto bigger challenges. GGG can't find other opponents and EARN a 3rd fight ?!?!?!

Since when does the champion lose his title on a debatable home town split decision have to EARN a rematch????? What did Leonard do to EARN a rematch with Duran? Why does the number 1 contender have to do anything to EARN a title shot when he is already number 1. Canelo doesn't want to fight GGG because he is afraid of losing. You can spin it anyway you want but that is the truth. He was happy to fight GGG when GGG had the titles. Now that Canelo has the titles and one official win he wants to quit while he is ahead.Canelo would not have fought GGG if he had won a belt. That is just a Canelo lie. Canelo will never fight GGG no matter how many belts he has. Nobody can make Canelo fight GGG because he does not want to fight period.

September 15th was available for GGG he didn't have to jump through all these obstacles for a guy he will fight anyway next year

It wans't the steak, it was the fact that he beat Pvssy-g twice then paid him too much the 2nd fight.

Being the former champion is what qualifies him for a rematch, especially since it took 24 rounds to relieve him of the title.
