Porter ranks Pacquiao as the #1 Welterweight after beating Thurman. Shawn says that Thurman has "dropped out" of the running to be the #1 Welterweight. He says Porter-Spence will decide who's the #2 Welterweight, then the winner or Porter-Spence will fight Pacquiao to definitively decide the best Welterweight in the division.

He didn't mention Crawford at all.

To be fair, Crawford fights a bunch of bums, however, we see his talent and skill on display and know he could do more. We just need to see it against relevant WWs. I would consider this fight to be Spence’s first relevant WW fight against good to very good competition.
