Roach has been there and done that and with his medical history Pacquiao should listen very carefully. It would be sad to see Pacquiao live his later years in that condition.
Key point here. As Floyd always is keen to say, a good trainer is one that's been in the trenches and knows what it's like.

Say what you will about Roach, he's definitely been in the trenches as a fighter where Buboy...well...

No, not even Jinky, she wanted Pac to retire after the “Marquez KO” but Pac is still here and he just beat and dethroned Thurman.

People can criticise Buboy all they want but the simple fact is that with his increased involvement Manny has not looked better. One of the reasons why Packy lost to Horn was because Roach was in his corner and by all reports was not helping at all. Against Thurman Buboy was in the corner and the result should clearly show the difference between the two. Maybe Roach is only kept around for old times sake.

I think he might have KD Robert Guerrero who was a former 126pder, but could not come close to stopping him.
Thurman’s got power. He didn’t almost hurt Garcia, he hurt him. Garcia’s whole body twisted round and he very nearly touched down, similar to Mayweather against Moseley.

Go back and watch it again. To the body he threw like bricks. Upstairs they were touch punches because his gameplan was to wear Manny down - which was a ****** gameplan because Manny was there to be hit upstairs when he had him on the ropes. His punches weren't doing significant damage upstairs at all.

As far as Danny, he's rarely touched, so when he GETS touched he reacts. That's not the same as actually being hurt. Bradley got rolled up like a biscuit against Manny in the third fight despite never being hurt, Algieri got dropped SIX times against Manny off flush shots and his face didn't look anywhere near what Ruslan did to him.
Don’t agree. I remember Thurman landing several big head shots clean. Pac said he was heavy handed after the fight, and was one of the hardest punchers he’s ever faced.

F#ck Roach with his fake outrage. That was always a bs thing anyway. Manny clearly ain't what he used to be so its been retirement time. And regardless of that Manny is gonna do what Manny is gonna do anyway.

We have a term called "otang na loob" or life debt. Pac brought him back on board out of respect, also Buboy is now an elected official and can't be their all the time for Pac now or have people forgotten that he is also now a Vice Mayor as well as a trainer?

LOL you don't know what your talking about I speak cebuano and tagalog and he gives Manny great advice. They came up together when they were fighting smokers in dadiangas and digos.

I'm pretty sure buboy the "fool" has more money then you and gets more women then you do so he is doing just fine.
