The only reason this man isn't fighting on September is because he doesn't want to fight GGG again, whom DAZN was pushing for. Secondly, when they finally gave him two options to choose from (GGG and Kovalev) he avoided the former and wanted to fight Kovalev but he was already busy for the Fall. Plain and simple this all boils down to Canelo not wanting to fight GGG.

This won't mean much. Considering the guy got popped for PEDs, was clowned by Mayweather, fought guys like Khan and Chavez Jr, and essentially lost to Golovkin in the eyes of 90%who watched it, I think this is nothing in the face of his career. This is not even a blemish and no one outside of hardcores knows or cares.
