      Boiled eggs is PURE PROTEIN. Grease is actually an energy sapper. Seems like you don't know about nutrition. Baked Chicken also keeps more nutrients then fried.

      Seriously have you actually ever weight trained and done any fight/martial arts training? Kinda curious.

          He’s still young enough to digest it pretty quickly. Plus he’s been training so his metabolism was probably in overdrive. The fat and carbs from pizza takes a long time to digest for some one who isn’t in shape.

            Explain why you were talking carbs when talking grease

            Also explain why a protein boiled and steamed gives you more energy than fried

            Why a boiled egg is "more energy" than other eggs

                It depends on the person. I can eat literally anything and I'll be fine no matter what because of my super high metabolism.
