He could fight Prograis @ 140 (if he beats Taylor) and make just as much money! He could fight Mikey Garcia @ 147, even with the loss to Spence, and make just as much money (and keep in-house too)! He could fight Danny Garcia, and it would still be a PPV fight, without dealing with Bob Arum! It would have to be @ 140, or not at all! If Lomachenko wants to go to Pacquiao's level of fame and stardom, he has to go to 140!
