USADA had ZERO to do with the approval or disapproval of Mannys Toradol shot. The only reason why there is confusion is because Bob Arum falsely claimed to have received a TUE from USADA.

usada wasn't a joke just because floyd used them. terrible framing. they are a joke because they prevented manny from getting a legal procedure done while at the same time they watched floyd do an illegal one right in front of them, then to top it off the gave him a tue because he said he had a "physical ailment" is it really that easy to get around the rules? simply saying you have a vague ailment. and how is usada doing right now in boxing?

It’s got little to do with Floyd. The bigger picture is about USADA's murky and questionable practices.

WADA is on top all of doping agencies...they are like the government for doping agencies. What USADA was allowing was prohibited under WADA.

And then due to their incompetence, denying Pac anti inflammatory when the fight is worth $$100’s of $$millions is absolutely rookie form.

USADA didn't stop Pacquiao from getting his shot. Whether he got the shot or not had absolutely NOTHING to do with USADA. It was up to the NSAC. They said no because he had no proof of an injury.

And USADA did not break WADA's rules with Floyd. They monitored his need for the IV from the beginning, he filled out the form for a TUE, and it was reviewed by a group of independent doctors who didn't even have his name on the application and approved of it.
