On Villoria's last fight he went on top of the ring to personally challenge Villoria for a fight, take note that Villoria is just a Junior flyweight and yet he has completely ignored Vic's open challenge, Vic who is also a title holder at the very class where he is in.

There's no question on Arce being the biggest name and the No 1 in the Fly division and this is the reason why the no 2 man wanted to take on him.
