This is becoming very interesting, I got ridiculed on here for asking that we wait on more of the findings before making judgement on Whyte. I'm very interested to see how this plays out and what actually transpired.

Whyte fails a UKAD test. VADA never said he failed their test. UKasuals feel vindicated because he passed a test nobody ever said he failed

As far as I can see has there actually been an official statement by them saying he failed, what it was and when?
Seems to be a lot of 'my sources tell me this' type thing going on. Which translated means 'i could be wrong, i am just passing on some info, you can't sue me'.

If they actually found something and it's clearly a PED then they need to come out and say it. Because if he failed he should be banned for life. Same as any cheat.

However if they ****ed up and are taking their time to figure out how not to get sued they should just man up and say they made a mistake. **** happens.
Obviously they will use the defence of they didn't actually say anything official. It was others who made personal statements about it etc.

Why do the Vada test matter if he failed the Ukad test?

Didn't the WBA kick Ortiz out of their rankings when he failed a test that had nothing to do with them? No one played the violin for Ortiz.

Because they aren't tested on the same day...... Remember at the press conference Whyte was shocked he got tested so quickly after his other test?

Because if they were tested on roughly the same day for the same-thing and one was positive and one negative, then one of them has to be wrong.

But we know they were for the same day.
