Amir Khan swindled out of money from Saudi Arabia fight

Amir Khan was almost Pacquiao's opponent in 2017 instead of Jeff Horn because there was more money in a Khan fight in Saudi Arabia than a Horn fight in Australia.

The fight ended up being cancelled by Bob Arum because Arum claimed that the money people in Saudi Arabia didn't provide him with adequate enough proof that they had enough money to pay out what they were promising.

Khan and many boxing fans online claimed that Arum was lying because he wanted to make the Horn fight.

I guess Arum was right in this case.

will probably be resolved given it is the saudi government who funded the event

they will not want bad publicity when the purpose of the event seemed to be publicity for the country, trying to present it in a modern light, hence the rappers and women singing along with the songs
