Difference is POTUS is accused this BECAUSE he ran and won, Plenty of people know he is a straight shooter and for the most part knows this is the political game.

Baldomir on the other hand is a different case, I'm assuming they had evidence of the sex abuse and not just character witness statements.

Too late, almost everybody here has already made his mind up. Some I bet without even reading the article, which btw says nothing about concrete evidence. Perhaps the court is doing the same thing and Baldomir reacted by flipping the bird.
