They're definitely winning the "battle" if you will. ESPN has been a total farce with Top Rank. It's been used for showcase fights and nothing else. DAZN has actually been solid, the problem is it doesn't have the subscriber base. But ESPN has been the biggest joke by a mile. Showtime will be out of boxing in a year, but they can at least deliver two more big PPVs.

Good for them, I wish them more success like i wish every other network. The moment they refuse to work with others and prevent us from seeing the match ups that we want then I and I hope many knowledgeable fans would wish for their downfall. I don't want to hear the other side of the streets slang or the fight would get bigger in 5 years time etc

          Who are “they”?

Wasn’t pbc all about free boxing? Wasn’t hbo being criticized for mediocre fights on ppv? Here comes “free” pbc doing the same.

The PBC LDBC fanboys can act coy all they want. Karma inevitably runs its course. MCC and the rest of these LDBC goons have always been creating false lies about DAZN in order to justify their ''unjustice'' because back in 2015 PBC was ''criticized.'' boo hoo.. lol

ESPN is the biggest network in sports. It HAS TO FULFILL a boxing budget regardless if nerds compare numbers across streets. Showtime and HBO were never meant to be defactos for boxing, they just ran up on it on a different era. Showtime Execs could pull a plug on boxing, and Espinoza could do nothing about it. That includes Fox. Fox could be expecting the original CBS Primetime type numbers that Thurman and the gang Garcia Porter produced. If they don't see those numbers from an exec point of view coming 2020 then they won't renew contracts with PBC.

DAZN is creeping up like Vatos Locos forever!

            WAR DAZN!

Notice when Crawford's PPV tanked, and Spence's was a success, everyone started pushing for Crawford v. Spence. Notice the lack of outrage towards Top Rank coming in at the last minute killing the Fury/Wilder rematch.

The narrative being pushed that Spence v. Porter isn't a good fight is really telling. Porter who has beat Paulie, prime Devin Alexander, D. Garcia, Adrien Broner, Ugas. A legit world champion with a title. A man who has proven more at welterweight than Spence & Crawford combined. A man who has never been stopped. A man who is a tough out for anybody. But people are trying to make it seem as if this is easy work for Spence. Yea ok

You forgot dazn non-Canelo fights = 5-25k viewers lol

I might be in the minority here, but I'm actually looking forward to both Spence-Porter and Wilder-Ortiz2. Only problem is justifying paying $75/per card. I have no problem paying for PPV fights, but there is real valid critique that PBC is doing way too many PPVs. They have the roster to stack the cards, so heres hoping they actually put on some good undercard fights.

It takes a really dumb individual to compare ESPN to FS1. FS1 can not even compare to ESPN2. Popularity of the channels are not even close.
