The funny thing is that Floyd was actually open to the idea of a rematch, he told Stephen .A Smith that he would grant manny a rematch, Manny killed the rematch with his mouth(the excuses)
I still remember that interview with Jim great where Floyd suddenly decided not to give manny the rematch
I'm sure you'll find videos and articles supporting this fact....
For every close and controversial fight Floyd has had he has always been willing to do a rematch e.g against Castillo and against maidana(these fights were really controversial)
Infact if Floyd were to be scared as some ignorant ones claim, there is no way he could have rematched maidana

For the boxing fans that don’t believe that PAC had a torn rotator cuff for at the Mayweather fight look at his fight against Thurman at 40 compared to Floyd over 4 years ago. There was no snap, speed or power with his lead hand compared to the Thurman or Broner fights.
