Paulie Malignaggi thought the Davis Nuņez was stopped prematurely

Those who watched the Gervonta Davis vs Nuņez fight most likely heard Paulie right after the stoppage express that it was stopped too early.
What are your thoughts? Do you think Nuņez would have boxed much longer than round 2 had the fight not been stopped?

Paulie's is biased as *************** towards slick guys, so it's no surprise he wanted the ref to give Nunez, who not only boxes similar to a young Malignaggi but whose ring attire was similar to Paulie's, more of a chance to do something.

Yeah, his complaining was uncalled for IMHO. Tank was on the verge of seriously hurting that boy man. Great call by the ref.

I thought watching the fight it was a bit too early but honestly, I'm now fine with it. They showed some other angles and the way Nunez head was snapping back, the ref made the right call.

yeah I did not agree with paulie and he seemed to repeat it like he was appalled...

when dock stepped in nunez basically fell into him....I sorta agreed that the ropes may have held him up after that first shot he took while on the ropes
