How can Ruiz and Lomachenko protect their interests in the UK?

For all we know AJ and Campbell could be juiced to the gills and we won't find out until a year or two later. AJ & Campbell can switch gloves on the night of the fight and Ruiz & Lomachenko can't get them inspected or weighed.

They could possibly have it written into their contracts but the contract between two private parties can't overrule a government agency.

So realistically what can Ruiz & Lomachenko do to protect themselves when they go to the UK to fight Campbell, AJ, BBBoC & UKAD?

Fight in the US where there's NO MANDATORY RANDOM TESTING. If you can't catch them juicing, they can't hide positive tests.

Clearly test results don’t matter over there.
