Too much smoke like that surrounding Kovalev lately. He is his own biggest enemy, if he had the proper discipline and listened to somebody other than himself he'd be still undefeated. Well, minus the robbery we all know I'm talking about. Truly talented boxer and rare breed: boxer-puncher where both types of abilities are world class level.

Typical......If Wilder, Charlo's or Gervonta did this they would've been arrested & charged.

Wow. I thought this meant his title fight was called off.

It's hard to get pretty p_ssy. Sometimes even money won't do it. Sometimes it will but clean and pretty p_ssy is hardest to get

What if this is a clever plot to get Canelo to agree to a fight? Kovalev is killing two birds with one stone. Makes sure Canelo thinks he is a worthless drunk and becomes the villain in a play, selling the future fight. Get an actress, get her a plane ticket. Grab her hand, get off the plane. No-one even said he was under the influence of alcohol, we all just assumed it

ESPN will likely pull the plug on this guy, this is two horrible sounding incidents inside of a year, and who knows if he will escape jail time in the assault case.

Kovalev's career could be in peril at the moment

I wonder what the hoe ass naysayers who always talk slick about black fighters have to say about this?

Them knockouts got Kovalev tripping. Maybe his pops (Ward) needs to put another beating on him for misbehaving

                    2) possible that Kov has some issues where he is kind of a prick and cheats on his wife/make inappropriate advances/doesn't really respect women...but isn't doing anything illegal
                    3) possible that Kov has some serious issues where he touches women inappropriately and possibly gets physically violent with them

I would wager that it is probably number 2...but the other 2 are certainly possible

Talent wise I have always liked him...never was a huge fan though due to his seeming inability to be a consummate professional (seemingly excessive drinking/fatigue/stamina issues)...and I'm sure 90% of these athletes are cheating on their wives but I can't really respect a man who is running around on his wife...just my thoughts
The way he treated Jackson was wrong. In an article Kovalev was claimed to say that he only uses Jackson for the gym time and that he pretty much trains himself. That's disrespectful IMO. He got let go by Sanchez who said his conduct was inappropriate. Racial slurs were attributed to him. I never cared for him. He's a good fighter but a lousy person.
