Well said! They always forget that part! Spence is no more of a "weight-bully" at 147 than Hearns, Cotto, or Margarito! We know where he's headed, but right now he's a WW!Comment

I see your point, but he's not breaking any rules or at least none that i know. Unfortunately lots of boxers do it just to gain an edge and be competitive and it's not good for the sport. I first noticed the issue when Gatti added 20 pounds by fight night and brutalized some guy. People freaked out, but nothing changed.
Getting dehydrated to that point to make weight is dangerous for both side, if he faces someone that can really crack hard, dehydration puts his brain at the greater risk of injury, at least that's what some doctor said on TV not long ago.
I jut hope he faces Crawford soon and moves up win or loose, but at 5'9 he would be on the short side if he chases the $$ at 160 and 154bmay not have enough big paydays to entice him to move up. Oh last but not least, not sure he would want to move up until his friends, the Charlo brothers are still operating at 154 & 160.Comment

Sold on Spence since he broke down Brook systematically and fed him chocolate brownies until his face broke. I have no doubt he is going to prepping properly and not taking anything for granted!
Man down! Strap season! War Spence!
This is a good fight. EXPECTING A REAL BRAWLComment

no he wasn't... He fought at 69 kg (152.1 lb), which is "welterweight" in the ams...
