It seems like they only announce fights when guys threaten to pull out.

This can’t be a good trend and I have a feeling other top boxers are going to start avoiding this tournament more than they already have avoided it.

They're having trouble getting sponsors, I guess... The tournament divisions aren't that hot... If it's a tournament for Heavyweight, Middleweight, Welterweight or Jr. Bantamweight, they won't have a hard time getting one as long as the top guns are participating...
