Great translation except the last part. He didn't say I need to keep my hair up. He said I need to keep my hand up for some reason. Then he goes onto make a motion and say "I want the knife" that part cracked me up because this is what he's talking about and watch Eddie Murphy's hand. It's irrelevant but that part was funny to me

From that the best i can guess they tested him....and came back very shortly after which is something he wasn't expecting. Like what are the odds after 2 tests they'd come right back... but that's only speculation but sounds about right.
