If I remember correctly he just said Mayweather having a low testosterone to epitestosterone ratio was fishy. And he showed the test results.

In other ocassion Mayweather also delayed a piss sample for hours. Making the testers wait for him.

No. He's the guy who said Mayweather failed 3 tests and USADA covered it up.

Here's a link to Iole reporting the test results and the IV in May 2015. Hauser didn't write the IV article until months later.

The United States Anti-Doping Agency tested each man multiple times before and after their May 2 bout, and included Carbon Isotope Ratio testing as well as for EPO and HGH.

The original article of him accusing Mayweather of failing 3 tests was on Max boxing and has since been removed. There article mentioning it though.

Boxing writer royalty Thomas Hauser has concluded his latest opus this week, and it's the usual maddening mix: teases of brilliance, a bunch of things you'd need a decoder ring to translate. The headline-grabbing stuff -- look, up above, it grabbed this headline! -- is the "rumor" that Floyd Mayweather failed a drug test three…

I think we all know why, people in boxing don’t like Eddie Hearn and his rising brand and also his smugness

So usada published the results 20 days after the fight.

And the other link mentions the article but never states Hauser said what you said.

Only if the commission or sanctioning body paid for the test. If a promoter paid that's who it goes to.

No, I was specifically told by a VADA member that their protocol is notify ALL parties including sanctioning bodies as well as the commission.

You're full of BS. VADA is a business and you enter into a contract on the terms of the customer not the terms of VADA. This was all exposed when Peterson popped vs Khan. You're in here telling lies with some bull crap agenda.

There is just something so odd about this story. If every part is true, its an absolute abomination not notifying Rivas and the sanctioning body and the apparent coverup. If my opponent has a doping panel the DAY OF THE FIGHT and I dont know... Im suing until I own the damn company... however this just seems, I dunno off. Silence from Eddie/Dillian is deafening, but also silence from almost every other respected reporter is very interesting to me... Hauser said in an interview with Boxing Social that he received a tip that led to this story, couldve come from anyone. I think we have a lot more still to come out.
