All Ruiz has to do is fake an injury to delay the fight and he can't be sued or stripped. There are loopholes here for him to end up getting what he wants or at the very least further delay the rematch.

With this Whyte news who can blame him. Between the UK refs & PED'd up fighters being allowed to fight & the opponent not agreeing to it or being told your odds drastically get reduced on winning the fight & in general its just super f#cking sketchy.

What does Whyte have to do with this? We haven't even seen the results of his B sample, if it comes back clean would you be so quick to label him a cheat?

By that same logic Joshua should never have fought in the US because Miller is a proven cheat and as we saw in the Fury vs Wilder fight robberies happen in the US

You guys are though. Without seeing a contract. It’s the exact same as when Wilder/Fury wasn’t happening, Eddie said he had a copy of the signed contract for Wilder/Breazelle in December and that Wilder’s camp was lying. The fight was never going to happen!

Yeah Hearns not trustworthy but it's the only evidence we've got and if your honest with yourself it doesn't seem so unlikely to be clause in the contract that you shouldn't expect it to be true.

Only leverage I expect Ruiz to have is with public pressure which gets a boost from what's happening with Whyte.

All that said I think the fight should be in NY anyway.

Nope Hearn never said he had a contract just said he doesn't believe Fury would make it into the ring.

The guy said he's "following the dots" aka using the information thats available he is following the dots to come to a conclusion, not "it's a definite fact". Again do you think it's that unlikely especially with Ruiz's latest tweet saying "whether its in the UK or US" that you should be thinking the other way?
