Integrity of the sport??? The bad decisions, lack of accountability,
crappy fans, bad refs, PEDs, and the numerous belts is why this sport has no integrity. Don't blame that on Wilder.

We shouldn't allow someone to participate in this sport who has openly expressed that he wants to end someone's life in this ring! That's it. Things should be done about this

Friday night I watched a young warrior in Dadashev take too much punishment and it ended up costing his life. I followed the kid for a while now and it really hit me.

The danger is very real and realistic!
Everytime these fighters step in the ring they risk their lives for our entertainment.
So why do we allow someone in the ring who has openly told us about his fked up fantasy to kill someone up in that ring? Is that supposed to be cool or something? This dude is a fkn scumbag! If he keeps saying this stuff the commissions should stop him before something like this happens again.

And don't talk to me about 'he just promoting the fight' and sh#t like that. Foh man there are millions of different ways in which you can promote a fight. F#k this guy, seriously. He is probably the hardest hitter in the sport as well. He is capable of doing what he is talking about. He already put Stiverne in the hospital before.

The sport is dangerous enough. Fighters who are actively looking to kill someone and talking about killing someone in that ring should not be welcome period
I feel you on this comment man. But Wilder said that a long time ago. Now if he, or any boxer, would say that from now on, that would be a considerate proposal. A new rule for suspending boxers who threaten the life of another fighter should be taken quite serious. I mean, fighters really don't threaten to the degree of killing, so it should be taken seriously man.

Don't worry about what beyonce windmill says, he has only one good opponent on his resume and that's the guy who toyed with him for 12 rounds Mr Tyson Fury..even when beyonce landed his strongest/best punch Fury got up like nothing happened. He can threaten those bums he normally fights, ruiz, joshua would beat him easy too..a 60 year old ortiz nearly ko'd him lol

Yes, fighters saying they want to kill their opponents in the ring several times hurts the integrity of the sport.
          Are you ******?

If you have an issue with people trying to inflict damage upon one another then maybe this sport isn’t for you bro...

Fighters are always going to have bad intentions with any shot they throw, Wilder is just vocalising what people are doing. I agree what he says is in poor taste but the objective of any fighter is to damage their opponent to the point they cannot continue, boxing will never eradicate incidents like Dadashev’s.

It’s horrific when any fighter passes but it’s the nature of the beast unfortunately.

              Don’t be an idiot.

There is a difference between wanting to inflict pain, Ie Kovalev toying with pascal, wanting to knock someone out, and what Wilder said numerous times, he wants a body on his record.

Why don’t you go ahead and call the cops or the media or heck, post a video of you saying... “I want to kill someone” and see if that has any reprocusssions.

Boxing is a sport, boxing is not ancient gladiators where you fight to the death.

It’s a sport were you attempt to render your opponent unconscious or worse. What Wilder is saying is in bad taste but it’s also reality, these are 200+ lb men punching each other full force with bad intentions, bad things are going to happen. You never want to see death or injury but it’s the nature of the beast unfortunately.

So you are making the point.

Boxing is a Sport, a contest to entertain. You want to win.

The point is, boxing is not a life or death scenario. 99% of boxers do not go out there saying they want to kill someone, which can be methaphorical. Wilder though says he wants to “have a body on the record.”

Completely different and takes it to the next level.

Either he is a lunatic... or he is not smart.

In either case, has he even issued an apology? If not he should be disciplined... or have him donate his next purse to the fighters who just died in the ring.

All fighters know the risk. You know the risk when you spar much less prize fight. Gtfo with this to change the narrative from whyte getting popped and Hearn cosigning.

How is it not life and death when people literally die in the ring?
