I was rooting for Manny in that fight and likely would again but what would a victory actually mean at this point? Imagine the reaction of fans, media, and Floyd himself if he was beaten or KO'd. He hasn't been in the ring forever and is even older than Manny. It would be a rather hollow victory and he and his fanbase would always point to fight #1 when they were younger and the fight made more sense. Manny had the shot and unfortunately didn't capitalize.

I also believe he has got over the after effects (confidence) of the Marquez KO.
