I'm no Mayweather fan but I give him full props for beating Manny fair and square and Floyd is happily retired so they need to stop asking him the same bullshet everyday! Let the man enjoy retirement and enjoy life!
And that goes for all these young fighters calling out Floyd still...
What honor will a young fighter like Thurman, Spence, or Canelo get in beating Floyd now?? None!

The BS in Japan last Sept about the rematch was not fair to the fans. He had the best career but blew it that night in my opinion. He didn't close the show or open up or have any substantial offence. I know that would bother any fighter even if judges give you points it wasn't a real victory. Not a satisfying performance and he knows the world was not happy with what they saw. Tough thing to live with when you know you might have done better. The Empty feeling is proven otherwise he could have let things speak for itself if he beat the hell out of him or had the fans on their feet at least once in the fight.

Not to mention after all the IV drips he had that night. Floyd can't even stop a one armed man and he had to clinch and ran all night. He knew that was not really a win lol

This just crushed Spoon23's hopes and dreams. Now he knows he is destined to die with Pac never having a chance to avenge his one sided loss

He had interest in the fight, but I think its because Mayweather Promotions Co-Promoted the fight. If they were to fight, it wouldn't happen until Floyd turns 43 years old or close to it. He's done.

He has to be done especially when you've pushed past 40 that wear and tear starts to show. A rematch would be like watching two grand daddies go at it just to prove that one is better than the other. It's a love/hate relationship without quit

Two things:

1) Why always make it about race? It never ends, I swear. Just like the dem party, anytime someone opposes their opinions, they assume it can't be for any other reason but race. Its pitiful. Wasn't Bill Gates a dropout? I thought Floyd was better than that.

2) I have Floyd with one loss to Castillo anyways so the 0 doesn't matter to me. Possibly two because I thought Maidana may have beat him too.

But if Floyd wants facts, Manny was indeed hurt and it was known before the fight. In fact, it was probably one of the worst injuries that a boxer can suffer and a fact is not an excuse.
