Who has a better resume than him?

The win over Thurman is way ahead of any other achievement in the division

The closest is probably Porters win over Garc�a

Crawford has yet to establish himself as a welterweight, and Spence is literally holding the title hostage with a terrible reign

Shawn Porter could overtake Manny if he beats Spence in September. He would be the new unified champ by then.

Porter would be a bad bad man if he manages to beats Spence.

He would have a win over Danny and Spence. Can you imagine

Why not. He beat Thurman who was the undefeated champ with wins over Garcia and Porter and he beat the hell out of Broner. I have Spence number 1, Crawford 2nd and Pac third but I have no problem with Pac being number 1.
