    Best boxers of all time that had no real power.

    Pernel jumps to mind but he had somthing like 16,17 knock outs but no real power. Juan diaz in the future will fit. Winky wright for sure. sven oktte though he was never that good he got gifts. I'm looking for good or great fighters with less than half their wins coming from KO.

                    Not great but worthy of mention is Chris Byrd who was a natural Cruiser Weight....possibly a light heavy and still had the skill to stay in there and beat some legit heavy weights. If he had any type of decent power he would've dominated the heavies for a good bit.
