That's not even counting ggg who Canelo is obviously crying to dazn about not wanting to face again. Not sure why because real competitors should want to finally win that rivalry convincingly. So out of all of those options, he's looking at Sergey??? Obviously dazn lowered the bar about who'd they accept as an opponent. But instead of fans calling it what it is, Canelo fans are actually in here celebrating that they think he stuck it to dazn by picking Sergey. Those are lame ass "boxing" fans.
Let's do that..Nelo doesn't want to fight someone he beat twice & all the g-tards/media members keep asking to do it again wishing, praying & crossing their fingers Pvssy-g could win one & THOSE are the lame ass "boxing" fans.

You can ignore the facts but the truth is your guy is protected. He's just another Mayweather. He won't take meaningful fights until the odds favor him.

You saw Canelo winning both fights convincingly? You must have been watching a different fight the first time around because almost everyone saw GGG winning. I'll give you the second one because it was a lot more competitive. But even then it could have been a draw or split decision for either fighter.

I have no problem with Canelo avoiding GGG, my only problem is why is he giving one answer publicly when interviewed and another privately. He has done this as well prior to the first fight vs GGG. "I'm mexican, we don't F around" blah.

Just be upfront and say that GGG needs to face Andrade and win the WBO belt to entice him to fight another grueling match which will no doubt end in another close decision win for either guy.

Of course. If Mayweather were to return, do you really think he wouldn't get a title shot? Or if Klitschko were to return, he would need to start fighting somebody who is ranked at 30 and work himself up?

And I'm not saying GGG is Mayweather, but he is a star in his own right and one of the biggest draws in boxing these days. Love him or hate him, but his name carries more weight, objectively speaking, than Andrade's, who has the belt. And the reason that Canelo doesn't want to fight him is because its a lot of work for not much gain - he already nicked the belts off GGG, which was always the objective. Its not like he is in it for the sake of the sport only and removing any doubt that he is the best.

The way boxing works is not all about those shiny leather things you know.. Ah, the weird economical reality of the sport. Go figure.

Look. He doest have to be Mayweather or Klitschko. But that’s not the point. What I was trying to explain to that dummy Jab Jab Boom is that Alvarez is trying to unify the Division an GGG brings nothing to the table that interest Alvarez. Which in this case is the WBO belt. I criticize GGG not because I hate on the guy. (Although I do think he was never great like the media made him out to be). But because I believe he can beat Andrade. But for some reason refuses to fight him. That’s all he needed to do. Go and get that belt. Then he’ll bring something to the table. Cuz his 97k fans ain’t gonna cut it this time. Why not? Because Boxing is a business and we know GGG is gonna want 50-50 of whatever the fight brings outside of what DAZN is paying them. And that ain’t gonna happen. He’ll just throw another tantrum. And the fight won’t get made. See...problem is, he doesn’t know his place. He thinks he’s a bigger star than he really is.

Fair point, but I guarantee you that a third fight with GGG in September would bring more viewers than Canelo-Andrade. Speaking of which: if Canelo wants to unify the division, why wouldn't he make the fight with Andrade? Eddie would jump at this opportunity.

I don't know why GGG doesn't want to fight Andrade. Until the third fight has fallen through the answer was because he was looking for a third fight with Canelo in September. Now, I don't know. I haven't heard any news from GGG's side for weeks about who he is planning to fight next. Who knows - it might be Andrade. I would agree that fans won't be forgiving if he fights another Rolls next time. Neither would I even if I'm a big fan. Unless he is planning on a massive fight in December-January, his next fight in the fall shouldn't be a walk in the park.

Sissy-g could have fought Lara, B-Hop, S.O.G., Dereyvchencko, Jermall Charlo & Boo Boo. Guess what? Sissy-g & his Sissy-team chickened out.
