If a guy can make weight then I say who gives a **** what his fight night weight is. Or you can just be *****-made like Canelo and mandate a rehydration clause.

The rules are the same for everyone. Everyone fights at the weight they think suits them best. On top of that, Spence is an IBF champion and has to deal with a morning weigh in that most don't have to deal with. Your complaints are frankly kind of silly. He makes the weight like everyone else. If he's draining himself too much, it'll negatively impact his performance.

If he kills himself to make weight, why isn't he dead yet?
Also, why is he not drained of his power thus taken a loss yet?

Also, read another article a few years ago saying GGG routinely comes into the ring weighing no more than 170. He's actually a smallish MW.
That article is almost 5 years ago

Same day weigh in's with hydration clause fixes this problem easily.

A weight bully? Is this a thing now? Is the next thing that some fans will complain because a guy punches too hard?

Who cares if he drains himself before a fight it only serves to weaken him? There are guys of all sizes and dimensions in boxing I thought that's what made it variable. Hurd is a huge weight bully and even he gets beaten by J-Roc. SMW is half comprised of weight bullies.
