See maybe I was taught wrong as a student of the English language but I thought the subject and predicate of a sentence had to match as far as plurals.

For example if the subject is a plural, for example we, than the verb or predicate also has to coincide such as are opposed to is.

Like I am even sure that You would agree that We is would definitely show a lack of grammatical context to your Intellectually Superior brain.

So I am wondering why you used a single verb in this quote when i thought it would be don't.

See because you have 2 separate subjects ,reason AND Wilder fan , then shouldnt the word being used be don't .

I believe in all honestly the quote should be more to the liking of
