Mannys was a real fight against a real opponent and Manny gave a signature win performance, Floyds was a circus event against a over hyped fake that had 25lbs advantage and couldnt even force him backwards, one was a real battle the other a money making side show, it shouldn't even be counted as a boxing win.

Manny wins this one hands down that was a great performance beating Thurman, but in the big picture Floyd was never beat and has wins over Canelo and Manny himself, that will always trump Manny in a head to head because Manny cant better it unless Floyd rematches or he wants to fight Canelo lol, history will throw a lot of shine on Floyd with every great thing Manny and Canelo does after he beat them, history is facts and figures with no emotion.
