Thurman won the fight and outlanded PAC all night.

I didn’t realize throwing wild combos that do not land score points.

    Number show clear Thurman win.

What got dropped in the first and almost collapsed in the 10 from that body shot . Broke his nose and busted up his whole face !! Even the man the fought KT admitting he lost just by a hair so you need to stop with these compbox landed punches manny landed less but did more damage.

You don't win firefights with Manny Pacquaio even at this advanced age. He believed in his power and handspeed a little too much. He had his best success when he used the ring and put considerable space between himself and Manny. Then proceeded to counter while nullifying his offence because Manny is unable to cut the ring off.

True.... Compubox doesn't reflect the power of the shots or the actual damage they do. Which means it's useless!!

Birmingham did a good job in the corner and the fight was competitive.

The thing Thurman has to do is fight more often to stay sharp. Andre Ward was inactive in the years leading up to the first Kovalev fight, had trouble initially adjusting to the speed and power, and got dropped.

Same thing happened to Keith yesterday.

He did pretty well. Don't understand why you would blame the coach after such a fight. Dan Birmingham isn't the greatest in-game coach though.
Thurman had a good first round before the KD. Clearly had an effect for some time on him. Also the bodyshot clearly changed the momentum.
It pretty much boils down to those two moments. All in all, Thurman fought a good fight. It's difficult to stick to your gameplanplan against such a formidable opponent like Pacquiao.

Birmingham is the best trainer you are going to get in the Tampa bay area. Thurman went with him because hes local, if he wants better then he needs to look elsewhere.

You probably have to question the quality of the sparring he would be getting staying down in Florida vs if he went to a training camp in California or Vegas.
