Jokes aside, it was a gutsy performance by Thurman. I give him credit for digging down and rallying in the mid rounds, lasting the distance and not getting stopped, and not running.
I thought Keith lost only 1 or 2 rounds after the 3rd round up.
It was a close fight. I know everyone is happy for Pac, but let's not get goofy here. I didn't have Keith winning but I wouldn't cry robbery if someone else did by a narrow margin. Manny let a lot of those rounds get real close and let some of them go entirely.
I had Keith winning most of those rounds. I actually had Keith winning by one point.
There's no way Thurman won more than 5 rounds. My goof-ometer is turned way down.
You better go look at the fight again. Manny was getting hit with right hands & left hooks. Oh but I get it, no one said it in the commentary & you don't pay attention for 3 min of each round.
Wow! Omar Fig. looked like SHT! He said he trained himself and it SHOWED! He needs figure out what he wants to do because this loss was inevitable and more will follow.
