Manny and he beats Loma if they would have fought at 140. I am a Loma fan but he would get KOd by Manny.
He is still greta to fight but Manny is one of the most exciting fighter ever.

Manny has more pop which makes him more exciting imo. However, when you watch Loma, you're watching to see him work in there with the angles and speed and smart boxing, much like Manny. And let's not forget. Loma just crushed Crolla and Manny went for like ten years without a KO. Not a knock on him at all, but just saying. Hell Loma smoked Martinez too. He's not powerless. I think he just won't throw anything hard until he has him man weak and set up. Two different styles. Hard to pick a favorite though. I call it even.
