No, he's been retired for almost two years now. And even back when he was still fighting, as someone has already pointed out, Marquez was clear that he was taking his W and going home.

You mean the guy who fought the dirtiest fight many people have seen in years? I've always argued that if Horn had taken the rematch in the U.S., Pacquiao would've likely knocked him out. I mean we saw what happened when Horn fought a guy in a place where the ref wouldn't allow him to throw elbows and headbutts. He got his ass whooped.

I was very impressed by Pacquiao's performance last night. However, put in perspective, considering that it was Thurman, I don't rate it as high. If he did the same thing to Spence or Crawford and we're having a different conversation.

Since you brought up Hopkins, this is not even close to what he did to Tarver, Pascal, or Pavlik.

Kudos to Manny for being in shape and beating Thurman but Crawford is a whole different animal. I always liked Keith Thurman but he has been way too inactive and did not look impressive against Josesito Lopez who was 36-7 and well past his prime coming in to the fight. No one can tell a legend what to do but if I was Manny I would cash out with an easy fight and then retire. Leave Spence and Thurman alone. They are both in their prime and may hurt Manny. Look at "Mad Max Dadashev". These tragedies can happen to anyone but why should Manny risk a beating at this point!

A rematch isn't really warranted given the outcome of the fight. I doubt Thurman really wants the rematch after the beating he took. That type of beating will take something out of Thurman. He won't be the same after that.

If they do fight a rematch, I'd expect Thurman to be on his bike from start to finish.

Who knows, maybe someday Lomo gets tired of fighting bums on espn+ for peanuts, watched by an audience of dozens. If he wants to make some real dough and finally live up to all the hype, he'll step up to the challenge and face Manny at 147 on Fox PPV. Rigo moved up 2 weight classes for him, and Manny is the clear A side so Lomo ain't dictating shiet. Let him come up to Manny's weight if he wants to get paid.

Pac should take on a really easy fight......Khan will do. For those who didn't see what Pac did to Hatton, it will be what happens to Khan.
