To be fair, Thurman fought a terrible gameplan trying to walk Pacquiao down in a high guard. He did best utilizing his reach. He didn't come straight at Garcia.
Pacquiao's power......

Agreed.Diego Chaves broke Keith's nose a few years back. That was another great fight.
Pac's power comes from his speed and explosiveness, you can see even with the knockdown, Thurman didn't see it. I don't think he's as heavy handed as lets say Danny, who couldn't land the way Pacman did.
Pac's speed and unusual angles catch opponents off balance and in awkward position.Comment

Have to agree with that...He seemed to choose that way of fighting so as to force Manny to expend energy and to try to bully him....but it was when Keith implimented those tactics that he got lit up.
I expected KT to box until later in the fight and then push Pac hard after the second half...Using his youth to drain Manny.Comment

Exactly my point. That's what discourages fighters. I was surprised by how well Keith responded to Pac's punches tbh, I know he was hurt a couple times but he usually doesn't fight frontfoot heavy like that and take that many punches.different type of power.. danny, porter, maidana, etc.. those guys all have heavy hands...like getting hit with a bag of sand... manny is more like getting poked repeatedly with a nail.. it doesnt pack a heavy punch but it stings you so when the next punch is coming, it makes guys flinch or they just run because aint no one likes getting hit with a nail type feeling.Comment
