I didn’t think Rivas looked good at all against Jennings (other than the ending of the fight). Jennings was up by 3 points on one judge’s card, down by only one point on another, and down by three on the third. Neither guy did much of anything. I think Whyte is going to bomb him out around round 6. That said, what’s up with the biceps of Rivas?? Good lord. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets popped by VADA in the future. If the wrestlers and boxers of the 80s and 90s taught us anything, it’s that you don’t look like an action figure by taking vitamins alone.

Hamed was a DIRTY disgusting disrespectful boxer! He was worse than Broner x100! He actually tried hurting the other guy with dirty moves and glad JMM planted his ass fave 1st in the buckle.

He ruined Augie Sanchez with the most BS illegal tactics.

Great summary of Whitaker’s legacy. Defensive wizard absolutely. However even when he wasn’t moving as fluid Pernell stood in with one of the toughest punchers and chins ever in Chavez SR and just wore him down and beat him up.

Never seen Chavez get muscled like that. Taking sharp upper cuts and hooks all night. He had Chavez stepping back and even getting beat up against the ropes.

Never can I refer to that fight as a draw. It’s always when Whitaker beat Chavez. Those judges ringside sacrificed any credibility they had on that night. The Texas judging delusion has been consistent. Great tribute Bread.

Lol @ the guy who says Naz is on the same level as Sweet Pea, RJJ and Floyd. I'm English, and appreciate Naz's skills and power, but PLEASE.....Breadman was very polite with you there, when he could have just told you how it is. Naz was and is not on their level. MAB showed that. P4P you think any of those guys would have got schooled by Barrera the way Naz was? No.
