Broner doesnt fight to win he fights to survive, Thurman has a fighters heart.

He doesn't move his upper body because he's a natural counter puncher. Like Andy Ruiz.

Watch Broner's fight against DeMarco. That's how he WANTS to do it every time and fails because he's afraid of getting hit now. Before he got dropped he wasn't afraid to take the occasional shot to land one.

Now watch Broner's fight against Emmanuel Taylor. That's what he SHOULD be doing because he was successful every time he did.


Take the Theophane fight. He should have had Ashley out of there in 3 rounds. He fought tentative until he saw Ashley wasn't putting up a fight before he turned it up.

Take the Porter fight. How do you go 11 rounds doing NOTHING, to all of a sudden being the first person to drop Shawn Porter? How do you do that? HE shouldn't have lost that fight either.

Broner has ALWAYS been better as a counter punching, check hooking aggressor. Always.
