That Mexican pride has Canelo wanting to stick it GGG and not give him another payday. DAZN may have made promises to GGG but Canelo has no obligation to him.
Not saying it will never happen but it’s definitely not a guarantee.
Here we go again. GGG gets the same 100 million for six fights or about 16 million a fight if he fights Canelo or not. GGG doesn't get a dime more for fighting Canelo than for fighting any other boxer. So Canelo isn't refusing to fight GGG to keep him from a big payday because GGG makes exactly the same money with or without fighting Canelo. He doesn't want to fight GGG for fear of losing.

not unless you picked Golovkin to win, of course

in which case there would be a big argument

Uh. Because DAZN wants GGG to fight Canelo. GGG wants to fight Canelo. GGG/Canelo is the biggest fight.

Let's try again. Why isnt Canelo fighting those two again?

Let's not answer a question with a question. Deflecting much Larry?

but yea I agree, Canelo has moved on

Golovkin will either..... do something meaningful, to force that fight..... or fight scrubs and collect 2m paydays for the rest of his (short) career

I see them fighting Munguia and Murata, something like that

the g-strings will insist that Canelo is scared of Golovkin..... despite the fact that Canelo will fight Kovalev in December, and despite the fact that Golovkin is obviously scared of Andrade and Charlo
GGG has a deal for 100 million bucks for six fights in three years or about 16 million a fight. He isn't fighting any scrubs for 2 million, you damn fool. GGG will fight the full 3 years of his contract and retire, Your god Canelo who has bad knees and doesn't want to fight GGG, Andrade, Jermall, or Dervy at 160 or Smith or Bivol at 168 will retire before GGG does. Wait and see. Canelo is scared of GGG and that's obvious. He wants to fight Kovalev because he has been KOed twice. GGG has never been knocked down and should be undefeated. Ir Canelo loses to Kovalev he has a belt in excuse but not so if he loses to GGG. It's more obvious that Canelo is scared of Andrade and Jermall than GGG is. DAZN would not stop him from fighting them but he made no attempt to do so and fights nobody instead, I have never seem a boxer get so much praise from idiot fans for not fighting the guy he should be fighting and then not fighting anybody..

What are you on about? I’m saying that if canelo goes ahead with the fight next year, there can’t be much of an argument that he was waiting for ggg to get a bit older.

I picked canelo to win the 2nd fight and would favor him in a 3rd...but it’s obvious that he’s avoiding it for the time being, whatever the reason.

Oh? I'm pretty damn sure GGG chose Vanes because Canelo got busted for PEDs and their rematch delayed another 6 months.

                How quickly you forget.

And in the same breath, you also forget Canelo is about to drop that IBF belt, the same one GGG dropped to "risk losing" to Derevychanko. I dont think Canelo is ducking Derv. But according to your pathetic ass fanboy logic GGG ducked Derv but Canelo isnt? Pathetic.

all he had to do was..... fight Charlo, or Andrade

that is all he had to do

so, why are you whining like a little girl at Canelo..... for yet another timid decision that was made by Golovkin?

FACT: Canelo makes those big fights
FACT: Golovkin does not make those big fights LMAO
All Golovkin had to do was win a title to get a rematch? According to who? Canelo?

Just like all GGG had to do to get a fight with Canelo was take step aside money from Cotto and face the winner of Cotto/Canelo. But nah. Canelo vacates.

Even now, Canelo is in a corner and still refuses to fight GGG. DAZN gave him 2 options and Kovalev froze him out.

It's so damn funny how you think Kovalev needs Canelo. He doesnt. Other way around. Now Canelo is just left with hypejob GGG and rather than take easy money would rather sit out and face the same damn option AGAIN in 6 months lmfao.

If he chooses GGG then. Wow. So pathetic he has to keep waiting GGG out.

Delayed GGG 6 months to fight st 164 but not 160.

Busted for PEDs for 6 months. Delayed.

Sits out and fights no one. Delayed another 6 months.

Canelo brings in the money but no fight brings more in than GGG/Canelo by far. Care to argue against that?

I bet you DAZN let's GGG take another tune up because they want to keep Canelo/GGG fresh. No way they let either fighter take a risky match that doesnt suit their interest and there is no fight bigger for either than each other.

Sorry. I meant to say if Canelo loses to Kovalev he has a built in excuse.

you saw what DAZN just tried to do with Canelo

the very second the penny drops, and they finally understand that there will be no Canelo/Golovkin trilogy..... they are going to want a return from Golovkin that is a LOT better than Steve Rolls

they will probably insist that he fights Andrade

                      then..... your problems will begin

genius, when the IBF strip Canelo..... why would he possibly consider fighting Andrade?

the IBF will strip any incentive to fight Andrade and Charlo

NOBODY seriously thinks Andrade/Canelo can beat Canelo, so there is no money in that fight..... he will move up for Kovalev/Smith

I would just about bet my life that Golovkin refuses to fight Andrade
