Is Kathy Duva going to be negligent about Canelo-Kovalev drug testing?

Kovalev is doing paid VADA testing starting now for his fight vs Yarde. Canelo's year of paid VADA testing expired after a year and he didn't re enter the program. That means if they fight in December, Kovalev will have been doing VADA testing all this time, but not Canelo until probably September.

That would be a very uneven playing field, with the potential for Canelo to cycle PEDs just a few months before the fight, but not Kovalev. If Duva and GBP are both actually serious about making this excellent matchup, Canelo-Kovalev, shouldn't Canelo enroll in VADA testing right now along with Kovalev so that there is an even playing field in their fight in December? Shouldn't Duva demand that?

Imagine Canelo voluntarily doing year-round testing.

Is Canelo not in the WBC year round testing program or is the franchise champion not only exempt from fighting a mandatory but also drug testing? Lol, what a clown.

Canelo is not beating a 190 pound LHW champion. It doesn't matter what drugs he's on. I don't know why he's pushing for this fight. Its as ****** as Mikey Garcia moving up to 147 to fight Spence.

Canelo's 365 Testing Program with VADA expired in May and he didn't sign up again so basically no testing for the Mexican these days.

They saw what Ward did to Kovalev body and they plan on doing the same. Canelo is a vicious body puncher, I think he stops The dude myself.

They know what they're doing. There's a reason they're not going after the other 175 champs.

Mikey going up and fighting arguably the best 147 guy in his prime was just ******ity. He got outworked and outclassed and the size didn't even matter.

Well that's certainly convenient. Especially seeing as he wants to jump up another 15 lbs and fight at LW soon. Hmm....

He's not going to beat a 190 pound champion. There are going to be weight restrictions most likely. If he takes the fight without them I give him credit.
