“I also believe that short arms accumulates in speed as well, right? If you’ve got long arms like Muhammad Ali and, you know, Muhammad Ali was fast, Roy Jones Jr. was fast — they had tremendous speed. But can you compare that speed to a lightweight fighter? And we all know that Manny Pacquiao is a lightweight fighter. So lightweight fighters, not only do they have higher punch outputs on average, but they come into the ring with tremendous hand speed. -Thurman.

That’s what I’ve kept on saying. He’s a lightweight/jr lightweight fighter fighting at welterweight. The fact the he’s surviving against WWs let alone winning is something to be amazed about. Whenever he steps up against a welterweight, the gravity of his every win should be rated higher. It’s like Roy Jones fighting at the heavyweight for more that a decade. Win or lose it should be rated in higher regard compared to others fighting at their natural weight classesComment
