Apparently DAZN is telling Canelo who he CAN'T fight. Where are Jamie and Andrade? If your right he'd be announcing one of those two guys as his September ring partner and would be resigned with VADA by now. If he is to be believed he allegedly wanted one of those guys. They are nowhere to be seen and VADA is nowhere to be seen along with Kovalev and Golovkin.

DAZN is in the wrong here. Governing bodies are threatening to strip Canelo if he does not fight their #1 contender. DAZN is directly involved in getting Canelo stripped of his titles because they refuse to allow him to honor his obligations to the governing bodies. If Canelo fought Andrade (a DAZN fighter) he would satisfy the governing bodies and he won't be stripped, but DAZN is basically obstructing their own biggest star by making demands that they have no legal right to make such as only approving 2 fighters as Canelo next opponent and striking down any other fighters such as Andrade. In such actions DAZN will cause Canelo to lose his titles. How can Canelo go on and maintain a relationship with DAZN if there actions are directly causing Canelo to lose his titles?
He needs out of his DAZN contract. DAZN has no idea what they are doing. And I thought PBC was incompetent, but not even Al Haymon would make such ******, counterproductive decisions. With the exposure of Joshua one would think DAZN would want to keep and make the sports biggest box office star happy. Instead, they are doing nothing but antagonizing him and causing harm to Canelo's career. Canelo has already moved up in weight and fought a much bigger top ten title holder less than 3 months after the Triple Tune-Up fight and 4 months later he fought the best middleweight in the world. While Triple Tune-Up has fought the #106 ranked 36 yr old middleweight for a reported $14 million. It seems to me DAZN is frustrated and angry at the wrong fighter. Canelo has been earning his big money contract while Triple Tune-Up has had it too easy without any push back from DAZN.Comment

Its now being reported that since the Canelo fight won't happen Triple Tune-Up is trying to get Paul Williams to come out of retirement and face him. GGG's team claim Williams is still a very dangerous opponent as his wheel chair could run over GGG's feet and cause an injury during the match.Comment

Has Canelo come out and stated he wants to fight Munguai in sept? Because I have never heard him say that. I think he would fight Andrade but so far I've only heard him say he wants to fight Kovalev and he is delaying his fight date so he gets just that the fight he wants and has said he wants since March and Dec before that. DAZN wanted him to fight GGG. Canelo told them he wants to fight Kovalev. He isn't fighting GGG next whoever he fights later this year won't be GGG and almost certainly will be Kovalev who Canelo has wanted to fight since day 1.Comment

It’s no point arguing with anyone who would use the term “whoop” relating to the GGG v Canelo fights period. These are the same people that predicted a KO for either fighter. A lot of people said opponents should take what Nelo offered because someone else would. Yeah maybe but that means sliding down the line to lower contenders. Obviously they couldn’t even make a fight that they thought they could sell. Now everyone else has more leverage because Canelo has missed out on a date and wont push back the next one. This is how it works or the cash cow will carpet bag everyone. The mythical opponent willing to take the lowball and can do big numbers and get fan support doesn’t exist. Canelo ain’t fighting. He ain’t make money and there’s no opponent getting the “winfall” like all these better than the pro managers said there would be.Comment
