Fury, AJ, Whyte, Dubois, Chisora, Joyce are all definitely above him.

Debateable whether Dave Allen and Nathan Gorman could beat him.

He's decent but he just doesn't look like he can punch that hard. Top Heavyweights don't care if they can't be hurt. They're eventually just going to march through the front door and smash you to pieces.

What would someone like Joe Joyce do to him he could near enough march in swinging from the hip.

He may as well declare himself No.1, the GOAT, and retire at the top.

I thought Hughie was a good boxer, but all he is good at is avoiding punches and that is all he has learned. His jab could be good but he misses as he is always trying to avoid getting hit and is to far back: Against Peters he could not land his right hand swing/hook the same with Pulev. It is the same shot time after time and he keeps doing it, Pulev a good boxer just put his left arm up and tucked in his head, but if Peters can avoid it as well Hughie is never going to be able to land it against any top heavy.

All H Fury will do is back off, throw shots and spoil the fight as he is good at avoiding punches. He is trying as hard as hell to hit harder but he has no power and his opponents see it coming.

He brings little value to a fight so no one will want to fight him and look bad chasing him and trying to hit him....

And that's exactly it. Hughie is good at moving backwards and evading punches, but that's it. Watching him fight is like watching a counter puncher who doesn't counter punch.
