Nothing Pacquiao does will ever have me rate him above Floyd. His cherry picking along with being overrated and over hyped never impressed me like the low IQ avg 48ers that would suck every last drop of semen from his nut sack. Floyd beat the better resume of bigger fighters and Pacquiao himself. Floyd is more skilled and a way better boxer all around. Floyd is levels above Manny and always will be. Beating a watered down crop of welterweights isn't better than beating a better class of boxers. Beating Canelo > beating all the welterweights atm.
