Wait.... you're mentioning a fighter claiming to be at his best as some kind of proof he wasn't shot? I'm sure i can find some Ali interviews before Holmes saying something similar, that's what fighters do..

Lewis got ****ed up? Vitali's face was hanging off.
But hey, at least Lewis got f@cked up by Vitali and not a taco truck employee who boxes part time and was about to retire himself!!!!!

Ha ha ha ha!!!! Let's talk more about AJ ya homer!

Like Mike Tyson, we'll never know how good he was because of the poor opposition

The fight with LL shows how good Vitali was. So did the fact that he retired for 4 years and came back and mopped the floor with a champ in his firdt fight back. He even looked better than before he retired. Tyson was knocked out by a a much, much lesser fighter than that in Douglas. He was exposed.

No need to lie you pathetic ****. You said 2 guys that KO'd Wlad.

And lol @ past it Peter who was a world champ and made Wlad go life and death like a few fights before, knocking him down 3x. Vitali literally pulled a Loma on him before even coined the no mas chenko moniker.

You are a homer and definitely dksab

You should invest in reading comprehension classes chief.
Nothing wrong with my reading comprehension. You lied.

Vitali would be clearly top hw nowadays. Big and strong fighter. Fury would be the most difficult fight for him.

Wanting to deflect is just another form of tapping out. Take your L. Another one bites the dust.

LOOOL, guys Vitali schooled many years ago have a fridge contender status even now. Arreola, Chisora. And you guys say opposition is much better now??

If Chisora beats Szpilka, he will probably be top 10 fighter, lol. This Chisora guy was schooled by Vitali 7 years ago.

Kind of like when Briggs was challenging Vitali 12 years after Lewis KO'd him because the Klitschko era was so damn weak.

Lewis got out boxed and hurt several times and retired on a lucky cuts win. That's the facts for you.

But lol at you now reverting back to past greats since your boy AJ got clobbered by a f@cking taco truck driver. That was late notice too homeboy.

                      Bwahahaha!
They both took the fight on short notice

But they also had fights scheduled

It wasn't an out of the blue short notice where they came off the couch to fight

Lewis was gonna fight Kirk Johnson iirc

Kirk pulled out because he got hurt

HBO asked Lewis if he'd fight vitali instead

                      Lewis said ok

Difference is, vitali shows up in great shape every fight

                      Lewis doesn't always

And he obviously didnt see Kirk Johnson as a threat since he came in out of shape
