Why is this showcase fight a "main event"? Yikes

I thought Ward doesn't call fights for Stevenson?

This fight is a complete waste. Not Stevenson's fault as it was late replacement but Guevara not even putting up any fight. Just keeps going backwards.

Shakur is so much better than this guy its kind of embarrassing. Hopefully he gets that title shot next.

Looks like they dragged in a dead horse to fight this kid. The girl he sucker punched in that video was tougher.

And this one is mercifully over. Probably gonna get Frampton/Valdez in the winter, so they're just going to have to keep Stevenson busy for a while. Somebody like Toka Clary would be a solid next opponent

NEWARK, N.J. Shakur Stevenson delivered what his hometown fans came to see Saturday night. The undefeated featherweight contender scored three knockdowns against Alberto Guevara and beat the late replacement by third-round knockout in the main event of an ESPN telecast from Prudential Center. Newark's Stevenson (12-0, 7 KOs) knocked down Guevara twice in the second round and once in the third round before referee David Fields stopped their scheduled 10-round, 126-pound bout.
