It was hard to watch. Such a bad performance on his part
Liar! Nobody walks out of a fight. The only disappointment was Kameda who was trying to land one big punch. Vargas did what he had to do to win.

Vargas is satisfied with less money and should fight old Rigo next for more running.

vargas has always had one of the most boring styles
way to much clinching, smothering.. it's tough for any opponent to get inside and fight this guy

& you know there's something strange, when a predominant mexican crowd boos at their fellow mexican at the end

The holding and overall ugliness of the fight was just as much Kamedas fault as Vargas. Kameda couldn’t figure out how to fight his way in, so he got frustrated after the three rounds or so and literally started jumping into Vargas or running into him full speed without throwing any punches like a madman.

In the later rounds, you could see how mentally checked out Kameda was, he had one of his best rounds, and then the next he spent half the time sticking his chin out and getting tagged for it. Dude just melted down because he didn’t get to fight his fight.

I’m no fan of Vargas, but it’s not his fault Kameda has no skills and couldn’t land his one punch.

Vargas didn’t look like he even wanted to be in there. Kameda landed the more solid punches, namely the overhand right after a feint to the body and left hooks in exchanges. Idk how the scores could be that wide, when aside from round 9 it was kameda pressuring and working his way on the inside of a rangier man who had a weak outside game. Vargas didn’t do anything but clinch when kameda would rush in, why not stick the pawing jab out and throw a rear uppercut or throw a check hook. BS judging, scores shouldn’t have been so wide

No he won't. Rigeondeaux is old and was losing to Ceja before he knocked him out. Vargas has a tremendous chin and throws great combinations. Not saying that Rigo wouldn't win but smashing him is unlikely.
