He'll always look like he's still in the process of learning the basics in footwork and throwing straight punches. He barely makes gatekeeper only because he strangely held a belt. Jean Pierre Coopman or Joe King Roman should have been world champs if this guy was one.

i cant figure out martin. he looked awful against kownacki. came in already wilted, like he was scared to throw a punch or really really didnt want to be there. was odd. had to get beat up for 5 rounds or so before he decided to participate. it was weird, man. i dunno what to make of the guy.

Lol he wasn’t really hurt against Joshua even after the second KD. He still had a smile on his face and I’m sure he was still trying to absorb the fact that he was becoming a millionaire overnight.

Yes he seems hesitant, as if he's not sure if he wants to do this or be there. Like a liver shot is about to make him fold. The punches lack authority and are not stiff if that makes any sense. It's difficult to watch, you want to go and save him and throw the towel before any exchanges happen.

Of course he wasn't badly hurt where he couldn't continue, he didn't come to fight that night he came to lay down for that big check.
