This guy was talked about fighting Wilder or Fury. He looks like a guy you would see at a local first time tough man contest.

he beat jennigns therefore he is a top hw. if wilder knocks him out that makes him even more of a top guy. if he is old and fat and gets busted for peds that makes him even moreee of a top guy. you get it

Yeah I'd say he's top 15-20 Heavyweight.
As for the whole sport of boxing he's well below par. Big stiff tbh.

why do you insult the guy? He is undefeated and a decent heavyweight. He is ranked in the top 10 by some.
